Simple, transparent pricing for CaseGuide platform-as-a-service.

 $ 150 USD per Internal User per Month

  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA). Data is encrypted at-rest and in-transit. Databases have row-level security. Assign roles and permissions to Internal and Invited Users to enforce the concept of Least-Privilege. Share information and collaborate on documents directly in the system to avoid data sprawl and leakage.

  • Add and pay the subscription fee for any number of Internal Users - users who are on your team. Invited Users from other teams are free, and there is no limit to the number of Invited Users, either.

  • Create as many Cases within CaseGuide as you need; there are no restrictions or cost associated with Cases.

  • Upload 100GB of data per user per month. Additional storage can be provided on a case-by-case basis.

  • Develop your own case templates to standardize how cases are organized across users and teams. Create category and document templates, too!

  • Find your case quickly. Locate pertinent information within a case with speed and efficiency.

  • CaseGuide can process files in a number of ways, depending on the file types. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Video Encoding are the two most common forms of processing. There is no limit or additional fee for OCR processing. One hour of video encoding per user per month is included. Additional video encoding can be performed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Add Bates Numbering on files based on your custom numbering scheme and track Bates Numbering throughout the case lifetime. Upload and account for files that have already been Bates Stamped using other systems.
